JELLY
thinking that i had enough time..
in the end i was late for my meeting with Amanda..
meeting at 11a.m.
Boon Keng MRT station
i was late by a few minutes
Amanda told me that she had been waiting for me since 10.45+ a.m.
hoho..
we walked to Sheng Soing super mart from the MRT station
on the way to sheng soing if i'm not wrong..
we walked pass a bridge
and i looked at the water..
oh my ..
it was polluted
there were so many dead fishes floating on top of the water
eee...
so the...
i saw small fishes feeding on the dead fishes lol...
i started counting the dead fishes
1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10........26 and more
i stopped counting as i was so ...eee...
hoho...
we went to sheng siong mart
we bought 2 bolttles of salad mayonnaise,2 dragon fruits
5 green apples,1 guava,2 packets of jelly powder
1 red colouring,4 plastic jelly mould,1 can of rambutans
1 packet of nata de coco,a da ji dunno how to spell lol..
total cost is $20.55 (wa so exp..) lol..
after buying we went back to her house( Amanda's house)
oh... her house was so beautiful lol..
we went to the kitchen
i started cutting the rambutans and the a da ji into smaller peices
placed the ingredients(rambu,de coco,a da ji) into the jelly mould
and something like the kiwi seeds to it
we started boling water
cooking the jelly
i added the red colouring to the liquid and it turned red( the colour is quite nice la)
i think the ingrdients were too many
we poured the jelly into the jelly mould
while waiting for the jelly to set
i went to amanda's room
hehe...
we went to KFC for lunch
and i went home after eating..
Amanda is coming to my house tomoro to make the fruit salad:P
we make the jelly and salad for dance on sunday
everyone in CD(chinese dance) will be bringing food to sch lol..
nth else to write le hehe..
